We verify the property and its certificates, market it, find and check tenants, and hand over a tenancy that started in order.
Fully managed
All of that, and then every gas, electrical and energy renewal chased before it lapses, every document served on every tenant, and the evidence kept.
What we do for tenants
Every home we advertise has its energy certificate commissioned before it goes on the market. Before you sign, you are given the written terms and every adult who will live there has a right to rent check. Before you move in, the gas and electrical records are verified and put in your hands, and your deposit is protected within thirty days of our receiving it.
How we are regulated
We belong to a government-approved redress scheme, and hold client money protection with an approved scheme. Our fees are set out in full.
