Imobisoft Lettings Limited is the data controller for what this site and our services collect. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, registration 1.

Enquiries

When you ask about a property we keep your name, email address, phone number if you gave one, and your message, so that we can answer you. We send one acknowledgement by email. We delete an enquiry twelve months after we last spoke; if you become a tenant, what we need is held under the tenancy instead.

Landlords and tenants

To let and manage a property we hold the records the law requires — the certificates, the checks, what was served on whom and when — for seven years after a tenancy ends or a certificate expires, because that is how long we may be asked to prove it. Personal details with no live tenancy or instruction are anonymised after seven years; the record of what was done is kept.

This site

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Photographs of properties are re-saved before publication without any location data they were taken with.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no legal duty to keep it. Contact us to do any of these.
